| By Car: From New York City East Side take either Triboro or Willis Avenue Bridge to the Major Deegan Expressway North, which becomes the NY State Thruway (I87). Take exit 5 from NYS Thruway and continue to Rt. 100 North. After the 1st light, stay in the right lane and take the 1st exit to Palmer Avenue East. At the end of the ramp, turn right and proceed through 2 traffic lights. At the traffic circle, go across the circle and under the railroad bridge onto Pondfield Road. Go about 300 feet. 65 Pondfield Road is a two story Tudor style building on your left. West Side take Henry Hudson Parkway North to Cross County Parkway East. Stay right at split to reach exit 6 – Bronx Parkway. Follow the signs to Bronx Parkway North, stay in the right lane to the first exit – Paxton Avenue. Turn left at the stop sign to a traffic light. Turn right at the light onto Palmer Avenue. At the traffic circle, go across the circle and under the railroad bridge onto Pondfield Road. | By Car: From Long Island Follow signs for Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take Exit 14 (Pelhamdale Road). Left at light at end of ramp onto New Rochelle Road. Follow New Rochelle Road to the 3rd traffic light (5 way intersection). Stay in the center lane! Bear right (don’t turn hard right) and go up the hill. New Rochelle Road becomes Pondfield Road at the bend. Follow Pondfield Road 6 lights where you will be in the center of the Village of Bronxville. 65 Pondfield is a two story Tudor style building on your right. |

| By Car: From Up County South on Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 18 West (Mill Road). Go 5 short lights (some may blink) to a 4 corner intersection – Route 22 (White Plains Road). Turn left onto Route 22, and stay right at the fork onto Main Street. After the downhill “S” go through a traffic light, where Main Street becomes Midland Avenue. Go 3 lights (may blink) to Pondfield Road where you make a right. Go 2 traffic lights where you will be in the center of the Village of Bronxville. 65 Pondfield is a 2 story Tudor building on your right South on Bronx Parkway to Desmond Avenue Exit. Turn right off the ramp and go to the stop sign. Turn right onto Dewitt Avenue. Go through 2 stop signs and turn left onto Parkway Road. At the traffic circle ahead, enter the circle and exit at the first street (Pondfield Road), going under the railroad tracks to Pondfield Road. Go 300 feet. 65 Pondfield Road is a two story Tudor building on your left. |
